To ensure a fair and transparent program for all our affiliates, we have set out the following terms:

No Self-Referrals: Using your own affiliate link to sign up for Lyve Health services is not permitted.
Integrity is Key: Any form of abuse, deceit, or misleading actions such as posting false discounts on coupon-sharing websites will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
Special Cases: If a customer signs up without using an affiliate link, but you believe you should receive credit, please contact us. We will review each case and assist where possible.

Advertising Restrictions: Affiliates are not allowed to use search engine ads, Facebook ads, or any other advertising forms that could directly compete with Lyve Health's marketing efforts. This includes advertising on branded terms, domain names, or any promotions that could lead to customer confusion.
No Impersonation: Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as employees or official representatives of Lyve Health.
Terms of Service: Lyve Health reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service for our affiliate program at any time without prior notice.
